1st Year Parent/Guardian/Student Teacher Meetings

Dear Parents/Guardians,

The 1^st Year Parent/Guardian/Student Teacher Meetings will be held online this Monday 24^th January from 4.15 - 6.45pm. We are using Microsoft Booking App for these meetings. A text message will be sent to each Parent/Guardian’s phone with the appropriate link to book.

Please find below instructions on how to book each teacher. We encourage both Parents/Guardians and Students to be present for these meetings. Please note each meeting will be 5 minutes duration.

Instructions for Booking

1. Click on the link in the text message and it will bring you to the page below:

2. Select teacher name on the right-hand side and an available time slot for the 24^th January only. You will need to input your name and email address to confirm the booking.Please also include your child’s name.
3. You will get a confirmation email to say you have booked with that teacher. You need to repeat these steps for each of your child's teachers.
4. In your confirmation email you will get a “join your appointment” button that you can click at the time of the meeting as shown below.
