Dear Senior Cycle Parents/Guardians
You will have received a letter in the last day or so about Planet Youth, and the survey that will be run in the school before the mid-term break. The letter is to be signed and returned even if the parent/guardians do not wish for their student to take part in the survey. To opt in please circle ‘I DO’ & to opt out please circle ‘I DO NOT’ on the opt out/consent form.
All data on the survey is completely anonymous. Completion of the survey is optional but we highly recommend for all students to take part as the data will be of great benefit to the community.
In order to be sure that parents have opportunity to ask questions about the process, an information webinar is planned for Tuesday next 5th October at 7:30pm. There are two Planet Youth sites in Ireland rolling out the survey this October, Cavan / Monoghan and North Dublin. The webinar is a collaboration between the two sites.
