Dear 6th Year Parents / Guardians,
Our school is approaching an exciting time as our first 6th Year cohort are beginning to investigate 3rd Level Education for next year.
As part of their application for further education following secondary school, some of our current 6th year cohort may wish to apply to the UK through UCAS (The Universities and Colleges Admissions Service).
As this is not a process every student will be interested in, an information session will be held for 6th year students regarding this outside of their Career Guidance lessons. Only students who are interested in applying to university in the United Kingdom will be applying through UCAS. Therefore, if this isn't of interest to your child, they do not need attend.
This will be held on Thursday 21st October from 3:20pm - 4:00pm in the DCG room (0.9). We will cover the application process, fees, personal statements and commence the application. This is a student only event. Information will be distributed to parents at a later date.
